Field Execution
We execute controlled shutdown of glove dipping lines. Each assembly — former chains, tanks, ovens, panels — is dismantled, labeled, and documented so it can be re-installed without guesswork.
We supervise lifting and container loading. Assemblies are protected, strapped, and indexed. The receiving country gets a mapped load, not random scrap equipment.
We re-install the line, hook up utilities (gas, water, chemical feed), calibrate line speed and oven profile, run first production, and train local operators toward the required AQL / packing standard.
We align inner box and master carton artwork, markings, and paperwork so the shipment can be presented to hospitals, ministries, or distributors with clean documentation — not guesswork.
